(1) The Secretary shall be appointed by the State Government, who shall be an officer of the Rajasthan Administrative Service. (2) Subject to the general control and supervision of the Chairperson, the Secretary shall be the principal administrative officer of the Board and shall be entitled to participate in the meetings of the Board but shall not be entitled to vote thereat. He shall be responsible for recording the proceedings of the meetings of the Board.
