(1) For the purpose of enabling the Board to efficiently discharge its functions under this Act the State Government may depute such number of officers and other employees, as it may deem fit. (2) The State Government may also create such number and category of posts of officers and other employees in the Board as it may consider necessary to carry out its functions under this Act and may make appointment thereto. (3) The salary and allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Board, appointed under this section, shall be such as may be prescribed.
