Section 26: Appeal against the decisions of the Board.

Rajasthan Madarsa Board Act 2020State Act of Rajasthan · Act 24 of 2020

Any person or body aggrieved by any decision of the Board may prefer an appeal within sixty days of passing of such order to the Competent Authority: Provided that the Competent Authority may admit the appeal after the expiry of the said period of sixty days if it is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filing the appeal in time.
