Any madarsa registered with the Rajasthan Madarsa Board, constituted vide Government Order No.F.16(1) Ele.Edu./2002 dated 27.1.2003 and stands so registered immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be registered in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
