(1) This Act may be called the Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology Udaipur, 2000.1 (2) It shall extend to Udaipur, Dungarpur, Chittorgarh, Banswara, Rajsamand, Bhilwara, Kota, Baran, Jhalawar, Bundi and Sirohi districts. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 1st day of November, 1999.
