Section 42: Powers of the State Government to call for information

The Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology , Jaipur Act , 2011State Act of Rajasthan · Act 22 of 2011

(1) The State Government may call for information from the University relating to its working, functions, achievements, standard of teaching, examination and research or any other matters as it may consider necessary to judge the efficiency of the University in such form and within such time as may be prescribed by rules.

(2) The University shall be bound to furnish the information as required by the State Government under subsection (1) within the prescribed time.
