Section 10: Application of General Fund

The Manipal University, Jaipur Act, 2011State Act of Rajasthan · Act 21 of 2011

The General Fund shall be utilized for meeting all expenses, recurring or non-recurring in connection with the affairs of the University:

Provided that no expenditure shall be curved by the University in excess of the limits for total recurring expenditure and total non-recurring expenditure for the year, as may be fixed by the Board of Management, without the prior approval of the Board of Management.
