Section 19: The Chief Finance and Accounts Officers

The Manipal University, Jaipur Act, 2011State Act of Rajasthan · Act 21 of 2011

(1) The Chief Finance and Accounting Officer shall be appointed by the President in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.

(2) The chief finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
