Section 24: Nomination of members of the Commission

The Rajasthan Manoeuvres, Firing and Artillery Practice Rules, 1955State Rules of Rajasthan · 1938

Before the manoeuvres or field firing and artillery practice commence, the Officer in Command of the forces engaged in the manoeuvres or practice shall nominate a person to serve on the Commission to be constituted under sub-section

(4) of Section 6 of the Act, and the Collector concerned shall also take steps to get two persons nominated by the District Board concerned to serve on the said Commission.
