The Officer in Command shall, at least seven days before the date notified for the commencement of the manoeuvres or filed firing and artillery practice, forward to the Collector, so far as may be possible, the exact programme and the exact areas of such manoeuvres or field firing and artillery practice and list of the areas to be considered as danger zones.
