Section 1: Short title and Commencement

The Rajasthan Maternity Benefit Rules, 1967State Rules of Rajasthan · 1961

(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Maternity Benefit Rules,1967.

(2) They shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf and from such date the Rai.asthan Maternity Benefit Rules, 1954, shall stand superseded.
