Section 23: The Academic Council

The Mewar University, Chittorgarh Act, 2009State Act of Rajasthan · Act 4 of 2009

(1) The Academic Council shall cons ist of the {President}1 and such other members as may be prescribed by the Statutes.

(2) The {President}1 shall be the {Chairperson}1 of the Academic Council.

(3) The Academic Council shall be the principal academic body of the Univers ity and shal l, subject to the provis ions of this Act and the

(4) The quorum for meetings of the Academic Council shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
