Section 47: The Act to have overriding effect

The Mewar University, Chittorgarh Act, 2009State Act of Rajasthan · Act 4 of 2009

The provisions of this Act and the Rules, Statutes, Ordinances made there under shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law, for the time being in force, relating to the matters in respect of which the State Legislature has exclusive powers to make laws.
