Section 17: Power to remove difficulties

The Rajasthan Minimum Guaranteed Income Act, 2023State Act of Rajasthan · Act 30 of 2023

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make such provisions, not inconsistent with this Act, as it deems necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty:

Provided that no order under this section shall be made after the expiry of two years from the date of the commencement of this Act.

(2) Every notification issued under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is issued, be laid before the House of State Legislature.
