Section 9: General Fund

The Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh (Sikar) Act, 2013State Act of Rajasthan · Act 29 of 2013

The University shall establish a fund, which shall be called the General Fund to which following shall be credited, namely:- 45 Hkkx 4¼d½ jktLFkku jkTk&i=] flRkEcj 16] 2013 39¼45½

(a) fees and other charges received by the University;

(b) any contributions made by the Sponsoring Body;

(c) any income received from consultancy and other work undertaken by the University in pursuance of its objectives;

(d) trusts, bequests, donations, endowments and any other grants; an

(e) all other sums received by the University.
