(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Motor VehiclesTaxation Act, 1951. 2 (2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall come in to force on such 2 date as the 3 State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
