Any 2 x x x officer of the Transport Department not below the rank of a Sub-Inspector5 and any officer of the State Directorate of Revenue Intelligence not below the rank of Revenue Intelligence Officer may for the purposes of this Act, enter at any time between sun-rise and sun-set, any premises where he has reason to believe that a motor vehicle is kept, in contravention of the provisions of this Act.
