Section 38: Repeal and saving

The Rajasthan Municipal Service Rules, 1963State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

All existing rules and others in relation to matters covered by these rules and in force immediately before the commencement of these rules are hereby repealed :

Provided that any action taken under the rules and orders so superseded shall be deemed to have been taken under the provisions of these rules.
