Section 67: Receipt by money order

Rajasthan Municipalities Accounts Rules 1963State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

When money is received in the Municipal office by money order, the Executive Officer shall at the time of signing the money order receipt, cause an entry for the amount to be made in the general cash book (form 34) under his own initials and hand over the coupon with the money to the cashier who after signing the coupon shall send it to the Accountant for file as a receipt voucher.
