Section 100: Annual administration report

Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

(1) As soon as may be after the first day of April in every year and not later than thirtieth day of June, the Municipality shall submit to the State Government a report on the administration during the preceding year in such form and with such details as the State Government may direct.

(2) The Chief Municipal Officer, shall prepare the report and place it before the Municipality for consideration and forward it to the State Government with the resolution of the Municipality thereon.

(3) The report may be published in such manner as the Municipality may direct.
