Section 328: Creation of Rajasthan Municipal Service

(l) As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, there shall be created and constituted by the State Government for the whole of the State a service designated as the Rajasthan Municipal Service and hereinafter referred to as the Service.

(2) The Service shall be divided into different categories, each category being sub-divided into different grades, and shall consist of officers, Administrative as well as Technical.
