Validation of declaration and function, etc. of the Amber Notified Area Committee. - Notwithstanding anything contained in section 4 or section 6 of the principal Act or in any Judgment order or finding of any court or tribunal. It is hereby declared that - (a) the Amber Notified Area declared by the State Government by Notification No. F 1 (6) DLB/784509 dt. 3-4-1980 (published in the Official Gazette on 10-4-1980) shall be deemed to have been made validly under section 313 of the principal Act as it stands after the commencement of this Act and shall not be questioned in any court or tribunal or before any authority: (b) all functions performed, powers exerclsed or duties discharged by the chairman or any other office-bearer or any employee of the said Committee shall be deemed to have been validly performed, execlsed or discharged : and (C) all taxes levied or recovered, fines or penalties imposed or realised, rules bye-laws made. proceedings started, appointments made, sanctions given, actions taken or liabilities incurred by the Chairman, any other office-bearer or any employee for or on behalf of the said Commitee shall be deemed always to have been validly levied, recovered, imposed, realised, made. stated, given taken or incurred.
