Section 4: Meeting to be observed on requisition signed by there members

(1) The Chairman of a committee whenever he thinks fit and shall upon the written request of the Chairman of the Board and for a date not more than two days after the presentation of such request call a special meeting of such committee.

(2) The Chairman of a committee shall at any time call a meeting of the committee for a date not more than two days after the presentation of the request signed by two members the Committee stating the business to be transacted thereat.
