Section 3: Establishment and Management of the Fund

The Rajasthan Municipalities (Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity) Rules, 1969State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

(1) Every Board shall establish a fund for all persons holding posts which are non-pensionable in accordance with these rules and the provisions of the Provident Fund Act, 1925 (Central Act 19 of 1925) shall apply to each such fund.

(2) Each Fund shall vest in and be administered by the Board concerned.
