Section 77: Printing and clerical errors in electoral rolls

The Rajasthan Municipalities (Election) Rules, 1994State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

If a question arises for the decision of the returning officer or a presiding officer under these rules whether an entry in the electoral roll relates to a particular person, the returning officer or the presiding officer as the case may be, may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, decide that the entry does or does not relate to the said person, notwithstanding any clerical or printing error therein.
