A Municipal Servant who is granted conveyance allowance on the condition of maintaining his own conveyance shall record a certificate on the pay bill of each month in the following form such certificate for the month of January and July shall be countersigned by the Authority declared under Rule 64 of the Rajasthan Municipal Accounts Rules, 1963, provided such counter signatures will not be required in case of Administrators:- "Certified that I have actually maintained the Motor Car/Jeep/ Motor Cycle/Scooter/Auto Cycle/Cycle No.............. during the period from........to........ for which conveyance Allowance has been claimed by me. Conditions prescribed in Rule 7 and 8 of these rules for drawal of conveyance allowance have not been violated."
