Section 4: Motion of no-confidence not to be received in certain cases

Rajasthan Municipalities (Motion of No Confidence Against Chairman or Vice Chairman) Rules, 1974State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

(1) No notice of a motion of no confidence against a Chairman or Vice-Chairman, as the case may be, shall be received until expiry of six months computed from date of his election.

(2) No notice of any subsequent motion of no confidence in the same Chairman or Vice-Chairman, shall be received until expiry of a period of six months from the date of the meeting under subrule (8).
