In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires:-
(i) 'Board' includes Municipal Council;
(ii) 'Purchasing Officer' or 'Indenting Officer' means the Executive Officer;
(iii) 'Executive Officer' includes Commissioner of the Municipal Council.
