Section 21: Other Officers and Servants

The Board may [subject to any general or special directions issued by the State Government] 32 appoint, suspend, remove, dismiss or reduce in rank or in any way punish all officers and servants of the Board other than the Chief Executive Officer in accordance with rules made by the State Government.

[Provided that the board may subject as aforesaid direct that one person shall be appointed to discharge the duties of any two or more offices.]

33 [Provided further that such powers in respect of the Mukhiyas, Bhitariyas, and of such other persons as may be declared as Sewawalas by the State Government, in consultation with the Board and the Goswami, shall exclusively vest in the Goswami.]
