Section 23: Budget

The Nathdwara Temlpe Act.1959State Act of Rajasthan · Act 13 of 1959

(1) The Board shall, within three months from taking charge of its office, and thereafter at least one month before the commencement of each official year, prepare or cause to be prepared a budget for the succeeding year and shall consider and pass the same at a meeting before the commencement of the year.

(2) A copy of the budget so passed shall be sent to the State Government.
