Section 38: Repeal and Savings

The Nathdwara Temlpe Act.1959State Act of Rajasthan · Act 13 of 1959

The Nathdwara Temple Ordinance, 1959 (Rajasthan Ordinance No.2 of 1959) is hereby repealed, but such repeal shall not effect anything done, action taken or order or appointment made thereunder and the thing so done, action so taken or order or appointment so made shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under the corresponding provision of this Act.
