Section 8: Term of office

The Nathdwara Temlpe Act.1959State Act of Rajasthan · Act 13 of 1959

[The members] 17 of the Board other than the exofficio member thereof, shall subject to the provisions of sections 6,7 and 10 hold office for a period of three years from the date of which their appointment is notified in the official Gazette.
