2. Extent and Interpretation:- (i) For interpretation of these Rules or any other matter pertaining to Non-Govt. fund account, not covered by these Rules hereunder, the decision of the Director of Technical Education, Rajasthan shall be final and conclusive in all respects. (ii) “Director” means the Director of Technical Education Rajasthan. (iii) "Principal" means the Principal of the Government Polytechnic College. (iv) “Officer-in-charge” means the officer-in-charge of student’s activities. (v) "Budget" means the money realized from the students under Non. Govt. Head for a particular session/year.
