Collection and payment of dues other than the above and imposition of Penalty: - (i) Fees to be collected, other than the above, as ordered by the Principal, will be received by the Cashier in the same manner as prescribed for receipt of Non. Govt. Fund and a proper receipt will be granted. (ii) The penalty for depositing such late fees will be charged as fixed by the competent authority. (iii) Fees collected on behalf of any other Non. Govt. body shall be remitted as per written instructions received from it.
