Section 51: Amount of Leave Salary

(1)An employee on privilege leave is entitied to leave salary cqual to the pay to which he is entitled to on the day before the leave CoMmences.

(2) An employece on half pay leave will be entitled to leave salary equal to hali the amount specified in sub-rule () above subject-to a maximum of Rs. 3,000/- :
