(1) Every subscriber shal subscribe monthly to the Pund, when on duty and on leave except lcave without pay.

(2) The amount of subscription shall be 8.33% of the emoluments (Pay + D.A.)of the subscriber.
(3) The amount of subscription shall be in whole rupec (50 paise or more counting as the next whole rupce).
(4) The amount of subscription so fixed shall remain un-changed throughout the year :

Provided that if a subscriber is on duty or on leave for a part of that a month and on leave without pay for the remainder of that month, the amnount of the subscription payable shall be proportionate to the number of days spenton duty and/or on leave (Not leave without pay) in the month.
72. Realisation of subscription,- Recovery of subscription on account ofthese employments of the principal and interest of advance shall be madefrom the emoluments of a subscriber drawn fromn the institution.
73. Contribution by the institution,- The institution shall alongwith themonthly subscription of the subscriber to the fund make equal contributioneach month.

74. Interest,- The State Government shall, at the end of the cach financial year, pay interest on the minimum balance in the Personal Deposit Account between SIXth to the end of an individual month in the P.F. Account o1 the institution opened and maintaincd in the Treasury/Sub-treasury coneer such rate as the State Government mav from time to time prescribed tor the 140 payment of interest, on subscriptions to the General Provident Fund. Interest hall be credited with effect from the 31st March of cach year.
