(1) The First Examination.
(a) Shall be held as per instructions laid down in the Syllabus and Regulation for the auxiliary Nurse Midwife Course.
(b) A candidate shall apply through the head of the recognised institution in Form IV so as to reach the Registrar on or before the date specified by him/her.
(c) A fee of Rs. 5/- shall be forwarded with each application for admission to the first examination.
(d) A candidate who fails to pass an examination may be admitted to subsequent examination on payment of Rs.
3/- if he/she had failed in one subject and on payment of Rs. 5/ if he/she had failed in more than one subject.
(e) Fee once paid, shall not be refunded.
(2) Second Examination.
(a) Second examination of shall be held as per instructions laid down in the Syllabus of and regulations for the Auxiliary Nurse Midwife course.
(b) A candidate for the second examination shall apply through the head of the recognised Institution in Form V, so as to reach the Registrar on or before the date specified by him/her, with a certificate of having passed the first examination and undergone the full course of training.

(c) A fee of Rs. 5/- shall be forwarded with application for admission to the second examination.
(d) A candidate who fails to pass the second examination may be allowed to appear in subsequent examination after paying a fee of Rs. 3/-, if he/she had failed in one subject and on payment of Rs. 5/ if he/she had Inst failed in more than one subject.
(e) Fee once paid, shall not be refunded.
45. Examination for integrated course for Health Visitors.
(1) Preliminary First and Second Examinations shall be held as per instructions in the Syllabus and Regulations for the Integrated Course for Health Visitors.
(2) First Examination.
(a) A candidate for the First Examination shall apply to the Registrar, through the head of the recognised training institution where he/she was undergoing training in Form VI, so as to reach the Registrar on or before the date specified by him/her.
(b) A fee of Rs. 5/- shall be forwarded with each application for admission to the to the examination for the candidate appearing for the 1st time. A candidate may be allowed to appear in subsequent examination, on payment of Rs. 3/- if he/ she had failed in one subject and on payment of Rs. 5/ if he/she had failed in more than one subject.
(3) Second Examination.
(a) A candidate for the Second Examination shall apply to the Registrar, through Head of the Recognised Institution in Form VI, so as to reach the Day Registrar on or before the date specified by him/her.
(b) A fee of Rs. 5/- shall be forwarded with each application for admission to the second examination. A candidate may be allowed to appear in subsequent examination on payment of 17 | P a g e Rs. 3/ if he/she had failed in one subject and on payment thus of Rs. 5/- if he/she had failed in more than one subject.
(c) Fees once paid shall not be refunded.
PART VII Registration.
46. Application for Registration.
(1) A candidate after passing the Final/Second examination of any of the above courses shall apply in Form VII for Registration of her, his name under section 14 of the Act to the Council through the Head of the Institution from which she/he appeared for the Final/Second examination. The certificate and the registration number which shall be endorsed on the body of the certificate shall be transmitted to the candidate through the Head of the had Institution on payment of the following fees: -
(a) for certificate in General Nursing- Rs. 16/-
(b) for certificate in Midwifery course - Rs. 10/-
(c) for certificate in Auxiliary Nursingmidwifery course- Rs. 11/-
(d) the Health Visitors Course Rs. 11/
(2) Nurse, Midwives, Lady Health Visitors who join the service in Rajasthan from any other State must have herself/ First himself registered with the Rajasthan Nursing Council within id of 3 months after joining under clause (ii) of section 13 of the Act by applying in Form VIII.
(3) Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors entitled to be registered under clause (iii) of section 13 of the Act shall apply to the Registrar in Form VIII for Registration to the Rajasthan date Nursing Council.

47. (1) Qualifying certificate for each examination shall he/ be issued by the President in Form IX, X, XI and XII.
(2) The Registrar shall scrutinise each case and make sure before entering his/her name in the appropriate Register, Head that the applicant is duly qualified and fulfils the requirement for Registration under section 13 of the Act
(3) Registration certificate to Nurses, Visitors, under section 13 Clause (ii) and in Forms XIII, XIV, XV and XVI. Midwives, Health (iii) shall be issued
