Section 59: Maintenance of cash book

(a) The Registrar shall be responsible for proper maintenance of the Cash Book. He should see that day-to-day account of all moneys received or spent by the Council is maintained in Cash Book.

(b) All cheques shall be signed both by the President and the Registrar or in the absence of the President by a Member of 23 | P a g e the Council specially authorised by the President for this purpose and the Registrar.

(c) The Bankers of the Council shall be the State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur Ltd., (Secretariat Branch). All funds of the Council that be paid into the council's account with the State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur Ltd., (Secretariat Branch) at Jaipur, and shall be withdrawn by means of Cheques signed by the Registrar/President. The cheque books shall remain in the personal custody of the Registrar.
