Section 42: Powers of the State Government to call for information

The Pacific Medical University, Udaipur Act, 2014State Act of Rajasthan · Act 6 of 2014

(1) The State Government may call for information from the University relating to its working, functions, achievements, standard of teaching, examination and research or any other matters as it may consider necessary to judge the Hkkx 4 ¼d½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] ekpZ 4] 2014 75¼69½ 69 efficiency of the University in such form and within such time as may be prescribed by rules.

(2) The University shall be bound to furnish the information as required by the State Government under sub-section

(1) within the prescribed time.
