Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Rajasthan Para-Medical Council Act, 2008State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 2008

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Paramedical Council Act, 2008.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.

(3) It shall come into force from such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
