Section 19: Disposal of applications by Registrar

The Rajasthan Para-Medical Council Act, 2008State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 2008

If the Registrar is satisfied, after holding the prescribed manner such inquiry as he/she considers necessary, that the applicant for registration is entitled to be registered under section 17, he/she shall enter his/her name in appropriate register.

(2) If the Registrar is not satisfied as aforesaid, he/she shall make an order rejecting the application for registration and refund the fee paid with it.
