Section 25: Appeals from order and decisions of Registrar

The Rajasthan Para-Medical Council Act, 2008State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 2008

(1) Any person aggrieved by an order or decision of the Registrar under section 19 or section 20 or section 21 or section 22 or section 24 may within thirty days of such order or decision appeal to the Council.

(2) Every such appeal shall be heard and disposed of in the prescribed manner.
