Section 3: Establishment and incorporation of the Rajasthan Para-medical Council

The Rajasthan Para-Medical Council Act, 2008State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 2008

The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Council to be known as the Rajasthan Para-medical Council for the purpose of carrying our the provisions of this Act and such Council shall be a body corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire or hold property both movable and immovable and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
