If any person wishes to dispute any entry in the register, such person shall give online notice to the Registrar, that he disputes the said entry and the Registrar shall make a remark to this effect at R o 3 the end of the then existing entries and shall also make a remark in the remarks columns against the entry so disputed. The Registrar of Firms shall not be liable for any kind of loss/damages/disputes arising between/among the partners.
