Ar Executive Magistrate or a Police Officer not below the rank of | Sub-Inspector and above or a Medical Officer appointed by the State Government or an Inspector appointed under section 21 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (Central Act No. 23 of 1940) may at any time visit and inspect the premises of the license holder where a poison is kept for sale and may inspect all poisons found therein and the registers. ;
