Section 24: Term and privileges of Independent Members

The Rajasthan Police Act 2007State Act of Rajasthan · Act 14 of 2007

(1) The term of an independent member shall be for a period of three years from the date of his appointment and he shall not be eligible for reappointment.

(2) An independent member shall serve in an honorary capacity and the privileges and facilities to be extended to such member shall be such as may be prescribed.
