Section 27: Annual report of the Commission

The Rajasthan Police Act 2007State Act of Rajasthan · Act 14 of 2007

(1) The Commission shall, at the end of each year, present to the State Government a report of its work during the preceding year as well as of the performance of the Police Force.

(2) The State Government shall cause the annual report to be laid before the House of the State Legislature in the Budget Session.
