Section 3: Constitution of the Police Force for the State

The Rajasthan Police Act 2007State Act of Rajasthan · Act 14 of 2007

(1) There shall be a Police Force for the State.

(2) The Police Force shall consist of such ranks and such number of police officers and have such organisations as the State Government may, by general or special orders, determine.

(3) The organisation of the Police Force may include training institutions, research and development bureaus, technical and support services, intelligence and criminal investigation units, and other institutions and units as determined by the State Government from time to time.
