Section 6: Trial of cases

Rajasthan Police Incitement to Disaffection Act, 1979State Act of Rajasthan · Act 11 of 1979

(1) No court inferior to that of a Judicial Magistrate of the First Class shall try any offence under this Act.

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) but subject to sub- section (2) of Section 262 thereof, an offence under this Act shall be triable summarily
