Section 1: Short title, commencement and application

The Rajasthan Prisoners Release on Parole Rules, 2021State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Prisoners Release on Parole Rules, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(3) They shall not apply to persons who have been convicted by a Court Martial or a court of other State.
